Working at Pointee

At Pointee we share a vision and passion for new technologies. We thrive on innovations and continuous improvement.

Building a unique technological startup with a global ambition is challenging and rewarding at the same time. We aim to work efficiently and focus on the things that matter.

Being a startup enables us to ditch most of the bureaucracy and focus on what is important. If everyone has the feeling that something could be done better, it is discussed openly. It also opens a wide range of opportunities to grow and learn. Everyone is given an opportunity to choose their own path.

We are more than just colleagues. We meet frequently outside of work – whether it's for a drink, organized team building, as climbing buddies or bikepacking through Europe.
