Why MANN+HUMMEL switched to Pointee for smarter orchestration and reporting

MANN+HUMMEL had been running their digital workforce through another orchestration platform for roughly a year. While the setup worked at a basic level, one problem that kept coming back was the reporting.

Implementation

The rollout began with the installation, followed by onboarding individual bots into Pointee. At the same time, the company was migrating its entire automation estate to a new Azure environment – a process that required updates and adjustments to several existing solutions. 

Part of the rebuild was not driven by Pointee itself, but by the need to modernize older automations so they could run reliably in the new infrastructure. The main challenges were internal: missing documentation, legacy processes, and the cleanup required during the Azure migration. Integration with the existing systems went smoothly, and no major Pointee-related complications occurred.

Results: Saving 20-30% of capacity thanks to dynamic orchestration

After implementing, the team kept their 20–30% capacity savings, now with better orchestration, smarter AI insights, and quicker recovery. MANN+HUMMEL’s expectations for autonomous orchestration were met, and the team now has a clearer view of how their automations behave in production.
